Position: IT Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain the company’s IT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff.
• Install, configure, and update software, systems, and security tools.
• Ensure data security, backups, and proper documentation of IT processes.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Support IT-related projects and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Qualifications:
• Basic to advanced knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT support or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
